Today, February 13th, President Obama outlined his Fiscal Year 2013 Budget at Northern Virginia Community College in Annandale. If you missed the live coverage of the event, you can see both President Obama’s remarks as well as a press conference held with OMB Acting Director Jeffrey Zients at www.whitehouse.gov/ and storify.com/whitehouse.
